Merchants who subscribe to Shoponut’s services are eligible for refunds under the following conditions:

7-Day Unsatisfaction or Major Issue: If you are unsatisfied with our services or encounter a major problem (e.g., a significant platform issue or outage) that directly affects your business and costs you sales, you may request a refund within 7 days of the issue occurring. The issue must be reported to us promptly, and we’ll work to resolve it before processing a refund.


30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for New Sign-Ups: New merchants who sign up for Shoponut receive a 1-week trial period. If, within 30 days of your initial subion payment, you feel the platform isn’t right for your business, you may request a full refund—no questions asked.


2. Refunds for End Buyers (Customers of Merchant Stores)


Merchant Responsibility: Refunds for purchases made from stores hosted on Shoponut are determined and managed by the individual shop owners. Each merchant sets their own refund policy, and end buyers should contact the respective shop owner directly for refund requests related to products or services purchased.


Fraud Cases: If an end buyer experiences fraud (e.g., non-delivery of goods or misrepresentation by a merchant), they may contact Shoponut administration for assistance. We will investigate and work with the merchant to rectify the issue. If fraud is confirmed, we may facilitate a resolution, but Shoponut is not financially liable for refunds—responsibility remains with the merchant.


3. Refund Conditions for Merchants


Refunds apply only to subion fees paid directly to Shoponut for our services. Fees paid to third-party providers (e.g., payment gateways like Stripe or Razorpay) are subject to their policies.


To qualify, merchants must notify us within the specified timeframes (7 days for issues, 30 days for new sign-ups) and provide details of the problem or reason for dissatisfaction.


Refunds will not be issued for partial months of service or if the issue stems from a merchant’s failure to comply with our Terms of Service (#) (e.g., misuse of the platform).

Refunds do not cover subion renewals beyond the 30-day money-back period for new sign-ups, unless a major issue or outage occurs within the 7-day window.
